We have 2 boys, Gavin & Gage, who are 4 and 6 years old attending Hollow Hills Elementary. I was raised locally and I maintain strong ties to our community, which means my reputation is very important to me. As a child, I attended schools in Westlake Village, Thousand Oaks, and Simi Valley. She has been involved in the real estate business since 1982, when she began purchasing raw land for development and managing a small portfolio of rental properties. After obtaining her California real estate salesperson’s license in 1992, Liz also passed the real estate appraiser’s exam in 1993 and interned with a real estate appraiser that same year. She moved to Las Vegas in 1997, obtaining her Nevada real estate salesman’s license and sold homes there until her return to the San Fernando Valley in 2000. Liz enjoys helping buyers and sellers in both English and Spanish.

I was born in West Germany and came to the United States in 1969. I entered into The public school system where I taught myself to read, write and speak English.
I began working in the grocery business as a courtesy clerk a few weeks before graduating from high school. I have been in the grocery business for 30 years and I am presently the Store Director of Albertsons.
In 1977 I met Mary whom I married in 1982. Our first child, Nicole was born in 1985 and Dillon was born in 1989. Mary stayed home with our children for 20 years. She began working at Keller Williams Realty as the Transaction Coordinator in 2005. Nicole is a full-time hair stylist with V.I.P. in the Antelope Valley Mall and Dillon is a senior at Quart Hill High School and will be graduating in 2007.
I have been actively involved with my childrens school serving as a volunteer in the School Site Councils, PTA, as a classroom and playground aide, and in their schools various fund raisers. I have coached and helped on Dillons baseball teams and even joined Nicole in karate (where she currently holds a Black Belt in Tae Kwon DO, and a high degree Red Belt in Tang Soo Do). I currently enjoy attending Dillons high school football games where Dillon plays left tackle. (Dillon is entertaining the attention of various university scouts with the hopes of attaining a scholarship in football.)
I have a very strong commitment to the community where I enjoy the interaction with various people. I am an Elder at The Lancaster Church of Christ. I enjoy teaching a weekly Bible study group. I have been serving on the Board of Grace Resource since early in 2005, and have been actively involved in their many outreach programs and fundraisers.
Most recently I have received my California Real Estate License and joined Mary at Keller Williams Realty. My goal is to offer my assistance diligently and efficiently to my family and friends, and to the people I have served and those I will meet in the future. My 30 years of experience in the grocery business has helped me develop skills in marketing, customer service, and public relations.
